NOMS Number

Used in Prison-NOMIS as the unique identifier for prisoners. (Note that colloquially it is referred to as both ‘NOMIS ID’ and ‘NOMS ID’ – but in the system it is labelled as ‘NOMS number’. Labelled on the Prison-NOMIS database as OFFENDER_ID_DISPLAY).
