Youth Offending Team Unique Person Id

The code is locally allocated by the Youth Offending Team (YOT). Subject to design finalisation the code is a six (6), digit number constructed using the Youth Offending Team (YOT) ID allocated by the legacy system concatenated with a sequential number uniquely identifying the young person. The code is not necessarily synonymous to the organisation unit, (OU) code third level.
